Terrible. Owners system will charge you twice due to “payments failing” and then accuse you and “you people” of “not having enough money” when the payment went through on your end the first AND second time. You’ll call your bank to confirm and yes, both payments went through and you have to dispute your payment.
If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. The owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The store is overcrowded and poorly organized, making it difficult to shop. The hair selection was disappointing, and much of it appeared to be low quality, especially considering how overpriced everything was. I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a better shopping experience, I’d recommend Blush Beauty Supply on Route 112, which is only about six minutes away. They have a better selection, better organization, and much friendlier customer service.
This store is horrible. The owner follows your around store. They say you cant use your debit card unless its over 10 dollars which is illegal. The store is responsible for fees. I should be able to use MY debit card anywhere no matter how much it is.
If I could give them a zero, I would. this place closed 45 minutes before the time they say they actually close. They also have dusty old products that are overpriced and they always have somebody watching over me as if I steal I do not steal! This place makes me very uncomfortable. And to be honest, they don’t really have much products that I need anyways . They’re very unreliable and way overpriced. I don’t like this place At all. I probably will never come back here again. They’re always a disappointment. You are better off going to ***BLUSH BEAUTY IN MEDFORD!**It’s about five minutes farther, butThey don’t have people watching over you and their prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety of products! They usually have everything I need.
If I could give this establishment, zero stars, I would. The owner wrongly accused my daughters of stealing and even physically grabbed one of them, threatening to call police over gel product. She insisted they stolen it, but after reviewing her security footage, realized she was mistaken. From the moment you walk into the store, you’re treated like a suspect rather than a customer. It’s clear that discriminatory behavior is our play—even towards those who support the business financially. When I returned to address the situation, the owner was completely dismissive and showed no accountability. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I will never return, and urge you NOT to either!! I intend to file a formal complaint with the Division of Human Rights. No one should be treated this way!!!
